Once we receive payment, your order will be dispatched either the same business day or the following morning. This will depend on timing of the payment but we will get your order away as soon as we can.

We use both Australia Post and various courier companies to deliver your order (depending on location and package size).

FREE Shipping

FREE shipping on most items. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the free shipping on the checkout page.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available on most items $3.99 (flat rate). Quote is usually available from the shopping cart page at checkout. Some of our larger items can not be sent via express post. Expected delivery time for this option is 1-2 business days within Australia.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is $20.00 (big items) and is calculated by weight and destination

Australia Post quotes 2-7 business days to deliver with standard postage (Depending on location).

Missing Items

If you suspect that your item is lost in transit, you must notify us in a detailed email as soon as possible in order for us to track the item or to lodge a report for the loss.

Compensation and replacement are made on case to case basis.
