Whether you’re on or off-road, illuminate the road ahead with the Ironman 4×4 range of driving lights.
Check out the range to find the right light that suits your needs.
A good driving light is more than just powerful LEDs. In fact, arguably the most important component of a driving light is the reflector technology. The reflector is the component that captures, amplifies and projects the light from the LED. Without good reflectors, you don’t have good driving lights.
Ironman 4×4 has a range of 7″ and 9″ driving lights to choose from…

The Scope 9″ driving light boasts a whopping 1Lux @ 1.77km when operated as a pair of spotlights, while a pair of Combos is not far behind at 1.4km!
Amazing driving light performance, with lower power draw in a sleek package is achieved with upgrades in reflector technology. Get out of the dark ages and into a whole new world with Ironman 4×4 Scope 9″ driving lights.
The true brilliance in the Scope 9″ driving light is the inclusion of the Hooded Reflectors which are positioned along the top and bottom of the light harnessing 6x 12W high power LEDs.
Hooded reflectors are hugely more effective and efficient, as the LED shines directly into them unlike a traditional reflector cup where huge amounts of light is lost.
A Spot and a Combo version of the hooded reflector is available – the Combo driving light pushes more light out in a greater spread, while the Spot driving light puts all its effort into getting the light as far down the road as possible.
The combination of high-power LEDs and the efficiency of these reflectors means fewer LEDs, less power draw and less heat – and that means a more durable and high performing driving light!

Ironman 4×4, alongside most driving light manufacturers in the market, has been utilising traditional reflector cup technology for many years. Unfortunately, small and shallow reflector cups can be largely inefficient.
Our Deep Dish Reflector Cups are up to 100% deeper than traditional cups, offering great improvements in light efficiency. This middle row of LEDs provide great light output directly in your sight line for an optimal driving experience.
The Scope 9″ driving lights feature 4 high-powered LEDs running through the centre of the light. The light, from these LEDs, is captured by our Deep Dish Reflector Cups and projected out.

The 9″ Scope driving light can be dialled down at the touch of a button, cutting power by 80%.
With lights this powerful, sometimes you need to turn it down a bit. When approaching regional towns, reflective road signs increase in density and can be very distracting to a driver.
While still providing improvements over your vehicle’s stock high-beams, the power cut greatly improves the driving experience in these conditions.
To the sides, a pair of diffused optic lenses take the light from 8 LEDs and provide great vision to the immediate peripherals to the front of the vehicle.
Additionally, when the driving lights are not switched on, the side shooters can be activated as position lights coupled with the nicely illuminated branding at the top.
Heat is the biggest enemy to the performance of an LED, and therefore it’s critical to get heat away quickly.
The 9″ Scope driving light runs a minimal 10x 10-12W LEDs, which are directly mounted to the cast housing. Utilising the hugely efficient reflectors and less LEDs already generates less heat – coupled with clever mounting to the cast housing ensuring maximum performance and brightness over long periods.
Scope 9″ driving lights run a 5700 Kelvin colour rating – a colour most closely matched to that of daylight is easier on the eyes!

Smaller light, great light power.
Whether you prefer the aesthetics of a smaller light, have some restrictions in size or just don’t need full daylight at nighttime, the 7″ Scope driving light is no compromise.
Its unique look is a ‘top of the hat’ to adopting new technologies to optimal performance.
Taking a leaf from its ‘big brother’s’ book, the 7” Scope driving light features the same Hooded Reflector technology, these reflectors are positioned along the top and bottom of the light harnessing 6 x 9W high power LEDs.
Hooded reflectors are hugely more effective and efficient, as the LED shines directly into them unlike a traditional reflector cup, where huge amounts of light is lost.
These reflectors provide maximum throw down the road for huge light in both our Spot and Combo variants.

The Ironman 4×4 7” Scope driving light does away with traditional reflector cups, and instead adopts a Total Internal Reflection (TIR) optic lens.
While all other types of reflector experience some level of ‘spill’ and loss of lighting efficiency, the TIR lenses which run through the centre of these driving lights capture 100% of the LEDs output and uniquely projects it as required for the ultimate driving experience.
The lens in our Spot model ensures light is captured and projected directly in front of the vehicle for optimal vision straight ahead, while the Combo model utilises a row of TIR discs that bounce the light horizontally for a broad spread of light – great for bush driving!

To the sides, a pair of diffused optic lenses take the light from 4 LEDs and provide great vision to the immediate peripherals to the front of the vehicle.
Additionally, when the driving lights are not switched on, the side shooters can be activated as position lights coupled with the nicely illuminated branding at the top.
The 7” Scope driving lights, run a minimal 9-12 high performance LEDs, which are directly mounted to the cast housing. Utilising the hugely efficient reflectors and less LEDs already generates less heat – coupled with clever mounting to the cast housing ensures…

The Blast II is an Ironman 4×4 customer favourite, with its traditional round driving light design, filled with 16 high-powered LEDs.
The Blast II is available in a Spot or Combo beam configuration and features a cast aluminium heat sink, IP67/69 rating and a virtually indestructible polycarbonate lens.
Ironman 4×4’s 7″ Blast Phase II Spot LED lights have been upgraded to an enhanced driving beam. Changed reflectors increasing overall distance whilst improving spread.

Driving lights are about more than just sheer technical numbers. The optics of driving lights is where the real magic happens.
There are some very powerful lights out there, with harsh white light and sharp edges, which makes night driving tiring and quickly becomes more of a hindrance than an advantage.
The Ironman 4×4 Blast Phase II driving light features a 6000-kelvin colour, which is cool enough to give optimal light yet warm enough to be easy on the eyes for long periods.
Additionally, the design of the reflectors provides soft edges; soft edges in the pattern ensure that while the car moves down the road riding the dips and bumps, the light output doesn’t bounce around like a sharp-edged stage light, which is very difficult to drive with. The soft gradual bleed-off into the shrub aids the driver with visibility.

Manufactured using die-cast aluminium housing, the Blast Phase II features a proven heat sink that pulls heat away from the light for maximum lifespan.
The Blast Phase II also features class-leading and German-engineered OSRAM LEDs, which offer a lifespan of 50,000 hours (That’s the equivalent of 2083 days or 5.7 years non-stop!).
Ironman 4×4 driving lights are installed to turn on and off with your high beams, while they can be independently switched off if you only want to use your 4×4’s standard high beams at any time.
