Maintain Your Statutory Warranty

Something your dealer probably didn’t mention about your new car is that you don’t need to have your new car serviced by your dealer to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty.

Here are the facts about your new car’s manufacturer’s warranty:

  • A Western 4WD and outdoors service will not void your manufacturer’s warranty.
  • A Western 4WD and outdoors service strictly follows all the procedures recommended by the vehicle’s manufacturer.
  • A Western 4WD and outdoors service only uses parts that are original equipment quality or superior.
  • It’s YOUR car and you DO have a choice as to who services it.
  • Once the service is completed by our qualified technicians, Western 4WD and outdoors will stamp your vehicle’s logbook as a record of regular maintenance – critically important when it comes to achieving a higher resale price for your car in the future.

Roadworthy Certificates

Buying or selling a used vehicle? Need a Roadworthy certificate or a pre purchase inspection done?

We are authorised to carry out RWC inspections on light vehicles/4WDs and light commercial vehicles up to 4.5 tonne.

What is a Roadworthy Certificate?

A roadworthy certificate issued in VICTORIA gives the car buyer much better protection when purchasing a used vehicle.

It not only ensures the vehicles roadworthiness it also covers other items including windscreen, suspension, rust, lights and other essential items that are required for safe use of the vehicle for you and other drivers on the road.

Contact Western 4WD and outdoors today and we can arrange a roadworthy certificate for you.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Horrible service and terrible quality of installation. Still waiting for the store manager to call me back after 4 business days after they have done a very dodgy installation of light bar and bull bar and left me with an unroadworthy vehicle

Have spent a fair bit of coin at this shop on lift, snorkel, winch, bullbar and rear bar. Couldn't be happier with the quality of work, customer service and honesty. I'll be back 🙂
